At Mayo Filipino Store, we want you to enjoy the authentic taste of the Philippines, but due to the perishable nature of food, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods. If your order arrives compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping packaging immediately upon arrival as proof for our quality assurance team.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos of the affected products.
- 3.Verification Review
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine if the items are eligible for a return or store credit based on our food safety standards.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement package at no additional cost to you.
