All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure the freshness and authenticity of our Filipino goods.
How do you ensure the quality of perishable items during transit?
We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs for all perishable goods. We also recommend selecting expedited shipping for frozen items to maintain optimal temperature.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mayo Filipino Store ships within the domestic United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our Kababayans in other countries soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
